Was a Verizon customer for 3 years decided to upgrade to new phone and of course had to sign new contract. No problem, service is good, reasonable cost so OK.in the first week phone just died no power nothing, nada. Took it back to store and the 'customer service'-yeah right = guy said all you have to do is take the battery out and put it in again problem solved. Next day thing died again, called their customer service line and was told you are entitled to a new phone you don't have to keep removing the battery that makes no sense.
Back at the store they tell me again there's nothing wrong with the phone and I say please bring a manager. Manager comes out and tells CS to replace phone. CS mumbles and grumbles to her buddy and says there's nothing wrong. She goes off and gets another box and fiddles around with it the takes it into the back to reprogram. Gives me the 'new' phone and I go home. Well guess what the 'new' phone has exactly the same fault. Could it be she just switched boxes and gave me the same phone back. Do not trust these people, they are out to rip you off. I've got this faulty phone now for 2 years till the contract runs out.
