Took money out of my bank out without my permission by electronic debit Ripoff

This company of which I never heard of until I saw an electronic debit on my bank account, took money out of my bank account without my consent. I dont know how they got my information because I have never heard of this company or given any information to them. This is truly fraud!!! This company should pay for this!!!
