I bought a Boscov's front-load washing a guarantee for $150 along with machine for $650. It has been damaged for three months. The fix guy found repair it (again) today and did not possess the proper component (again). Our machine will probably be damaged for four weeks - when they do have it mounted time that is next. Really frustrating! I'll never run from Sears.
