I cannot believe Gateway gives you 15 days to test all the things on a computer and after that you are stuck with a faulty computer. I had to reload the thing about 6 times, then I found out the sound did not work and after I sent a priority letter I have a call today reaffirming me that I am stuck with this computer I do not know if they are going to fix it or not. The last technician said it was the mother board he was going to email the woman I spoke to first to see what she was going to do. Is this fair, isn't there something I can do?

I was not told that I would pay for my computer thur a finance company, which I was not asked if that would be alright.

I kept the computer after I had reloaded it 5 or 6 times thinking the company would act in good faith. If that is the way they do business I hope the company fails. I just cannot believe I have to keep this computer.
