I purchased a Gateway Pkg less that 2yrs ago for $2000.00, less than 6mos later the mother board had to be replaced and that was the start of it. This computer has had almost everything replaced from the speakers to the CD RW and it's still not working, it drops the different drives or completely locks up, it's just a piece of crap, and of course Gateway doesn't care. I need a new frekin' computer!!! I'm tired of the tech support who keep telling me to do the same things over and over again and nothing is fixing the problem... The funny thing is this whole system is now worth $800 and I still owe $1400 so it's not like I can go get a new one, talk about a rip off!!!
