Verizon Wireless claimed my broken cell phone was WATER DAMAGED, and refused to replace it. I know for a fact this phone never was touched by water. The pink indicators of moisture can obviously be triggered by even a whiff of sweat. If a whiff of sweat can break this phone, any verizon customer who owns one has been ripped off, big time. I want satisfaction.
