Sears and their insufficient solution maintenance

I bought my fridge May from the nearby Sears department-store (along side various other devices). Weeks before the compressor began to proceed, and both fridge and the fridge quit functioning. I'd an area fix guy emerge 24 hours later who stated it had been the compressor, but he suggested calling Sears since that component was under guarantee. And so I did. I'd to hold back OVER PER WEEK for my first (of numerous) visit on July 8th. The fix guy arrived and stated it had been some component (not the compressor) I'd to hold back ANOTHER WEEK! Then he arrived on July 12th. He announced that it had been certainly the compressor in the end and then attempted to set up the stated component. Then he advised me the compressor was on "again order", but he'd place in for and he guaranteed to become back on SEPTEMBER 18 and set it in. He advised me the July 24 day about the bill was only a quantity he'd to set up because the component was displaying a back order. I'd with no fridge been by now for nearly 30 DAYS! Well, the component came on July 14 to my home. I waited patiently for that fix guy to reach (as he guaranteed) between 8-12 AM on July 18, your day he promised to become back. When he never turned up to set up the compressor that rests in my own home envision my shock! In after I take a look at my fix purchase online fact it claims I'm still waiting about the component. I obviously named the 1- 800-number to tell them what was happening to see where my fix guy was, however they might just replicate in my experience the same point that turned up on the pc, that I was awaiting a component that willnot appear until June 24. Today, I'm not hallucinating after I let you know (using the maximum assurance) that there's a compressor resting in my own home awaiting a certified Sears repairperson who assured he'd be below NOWADAYS to place it in my own fridge. I may also state, using the maximum assurance, that I'll NEVER purchase another Sears item again.
