Long holiday we found our fresh 6-month old Sears Group fridge quit functioning upon returning from the week. The fridge area was good. Anything within the fridge area needed to be dumped. We named Sears, 1-800-469-4663 (July 15) for support whilst the item was under warranty. We were informed they might have somebody there on Wednesday - July 18th, 4 DAYS LATER! (I don’t regret the expletives I believed to her originally) I instantly contact Sears home-repair 800 #, and have the consultant for connecting me to her boss since I understand she will not be ready to assist me. She reacts that “supervisors are difficult to find on weekends” but I 'll be connected by her to that particular division. Following a several efforts we are connected by her to a different division.
