This place is ridiculously horrible! The advertise fantastic rates, however they have no relation at all to how much you are getting billed!
THE STORY: I placed a couple of calls to a location advertised with a 14 cent rate on the site. I checked my balance online and after a few calculations (subtracting the 99 cent fee and 17% tax) concluded that I was being billed over 30 cents per minute.
I called customer support to explain my problem and they said something like "Uhhh. My system says your calls should have been 14 cents per minute. Let me contact technical support on this. Please check back later."
I checked back later and they credited me an arbitrary $3 to my account. I was entitled to more than this but let it slide for now.
I decided to give them the benifit of the doubt and try some more calls to the same number. I checked my balance again and I was again billed over 30 cents per minute. WHAT A SCAM!
It's not worth my time to keep requesting them to credit my account, but I wanted to make sure nobody else makes my same mistake.
DO NOT USE MOBILECALLER.com! The place is a complete scam. Their posted rates are complete lies!
