I am going to file a complain with the better business bureau for false advertisement and overcharges per minute on a call from the USA to a cell phone in Trinidad.
I don't understand why you advertise on your website that there are reduced rates to 70 countries and for calling a cell phone in Trinidad is $0.11.5 and you are billing your customers $0.25 per minute, this is false advertising and I need my $5.00 dollars refunded for the recent calls I made at the ridiculous prices. I have been a customer for a few years and I don't appreciate this recent treatment.
The problem has not been resolved. I am still being billed $0.25 a minute for calling a cell phone in Trinidad from the United States, and your website is advertising something different. On your website when I click on discounted rates to (70) countries, Trinidad and Tobago is one of those countries, it said the rate to a mobile cell phone is 11.5 cents a minute.
I need this corrected to reflect the correct amount I should be billed per minute on a cell phone call, and I need the calls I made in April to reflect and show I was billed at a rate of 11.5 cents a minute and not 0.25 cents per minute, the refund posted to my account is not the corrected amount I should be reimbursed for overpayment on those calls on the $10.00 dollars spent in April a refund of $7.50 dollars.
