I had timewarner hook up roadrunner at my apt. It didn't work worth a darn. Slow, getting knocked off etc. So after 6 months i cancelled it.
A few months later a friend told me maybe it was the box they gave me. He had to takes his back 3 times before rr worked right. So I decided to try it again. The tech that came to hook it up told me the cable coming into my apt. Had such a weak signal he could not hook up rr because it would not run right. He said the cable would have to be replaced or upgraded. Said they would get back to me but never did.
My complaint is &why didn't the first tech that came to hook up rr know that the signal was too weak to hook it up? I paid 6 months for service that I never got. Called to complain and was told they would investigate the matter. Haven't heard any more from them.
