Sales ripoff

When I called verizon sales to start up service i asked if they would hook up my vcr's to my tv sets. They told me the tech would be happy to do so when he does the install. The installer came and did not hook up the vcr's. When i called verizon they told me that installers dont hook them up but the sales department will say anything to sell there services. Unreal
