Sent $4,200.00 U.S. For iPods. Order cancelled. Refunded approx. $3,000.00 U.S. Owes approx. $1,200.00 ripoff

I sent $4,200.00 U.S. To this wholesale company for 25 4 GB iPod Nanos via Paypal. Order was cancelled. Cheryl Davidson told me that she would refund me. She refunded $3,035.90 USD out of $4,200.00 U.S. She still owes me the remaining $1,164.10 U.S.

She paid me back $2,000.00 U.S. Through Western Union and she paid me back $1,035.90 U.S. Through Paypal. Paypal ID # is 0SP63848PN039225H.

I have phoned her many times. All I get is promises of returning the remaining money. It is so frusterating. She told me she was going to send another $400.00 U.S. Very soon through Western Union to me, and pay me the remainder later, but none of that has happened.

I have phoned her countless times at 1-936-636-9006 and 1-936-544-0938. If you talk to her, she will tell you that she does owe me money. She knows she owes me money, and I doubt she would lie that she doesn't. This is taking forever and I just want to get it over with.
