The mentioned wholesale prices and the claimed that is OK to pay with PayPal.
Sending money directly to PayPal accounts without invoice, is not a purchase, is like sending money through Western Union.
They never send me the invoice, the want me to send the money to their PayPal account. This is what the wrote me:
"Dear friend
We have sent request to you many times, from our Paypal account [email protected]. Cn
It's really hard to believe that you don't receive anything. If we can work together, please send your payment to our Paypal account directly.
Regards"
