Defrauded me into a leasing contract through bogus web business New York New York

I signed up with E-Income Solutions website and was told by the MBF sales person over the phone that they could sell my lease agreement to someone else should I cancel my lease. Just before establishing on-line auctions, I was alerted by several consumer alerts and reports that E-Income Solutions did not have a secure e-commerce system in place. When I learned that I could not provide customers with safe web transactions, I mailed the equiptment back unused. MBF Leasing emptied my bank account and then proceeded to harrass me with phonecalls every fifteen minutes for three weeks or untill I changed my number. They continue to send threatening letters and are damaging my credit.
