Luis Arce of First Data, also representing Northern Leasing, misled and misrepresented details of the lease agreement between myself and Northern Leasing.
At the signing of the lease agreement, it was noticed that the contract read "non-cancelable". I did not agree with this stipulation. I wrote on a separate piece of paper that this agreement is voidable at any time by myself. I signed it and I had the sales person sign it, Luis Arce.
Luis Arce took the papers and said that he was going to make copies of everything and bring them back to me. I have an eye witness. Luis Arce failed to return 'ALL OF THE COPIES" BACK TO ME.
Luis Arce submitted the contract to Northern Leasing, WITHOUT THE ADDED ADDENDUM.
Since that time, I canceled the merchant services contract because the promised interest rates that Luis guaranteed which DID NOT come to truition.
I sent Northern Leasing letters regarding the fraudulent act of Luis Arce. They were not concerned with his dishonest practices. All they want is the blood money that Luis obtained from the fraudulent contract. I closed my bank acct and re - opened a new account with another bank. Since then Northern Leasing has been harassing me, but to my delight they have not been able to get a penny from me.
I am eager to sign on as a plaintiff in any class action lawsuit against first data and northern leasing
