I was recently sent a notice from paypal to confirm a debit made to my account. The unauthorized amount was $479.99 for a brand new Nokia 8800 cell phone to sales@lwpelectronics for Mr. Bill Chang in Saco. Me.
If there is a class action suit being filed for this individual. Please add my name. If not, I will be more than happy to initiate one. Why isn't PayPal doing this? I don't recall ever even having an account with them.
