I apparently am not the only victim of Sirius' Rebate Offer SCAM. Not only did I send my rebate via Certified mail, I also had a witness make a notarized statement as to what was included in my mailing... Why? BECAUSE IM TIRED OF BEING RIPPED OFF.
SO I get this super sweet post card stating... You didnt include the UPC... Yeah, of course I didnt, because you will ONLY accept originals and know i cannot get the original BECAUSE THEY ALREADY HAVE IT!!!
I have seen several reports of this scam and no rebuttals, so my next step is the BBB and the FTC filing complaints against them. They are promising MILLIONS to their customers, and give NOTHING...
Besides that? The receiver SUCKS. It rarely gets signal my residence is the second highest point in the City without tree or other obstruction... So I stare at "acquiring signal" because Sirius refuses to fix the problem...
