I purchased the Sirius Satellite Radio for Christmas. I sent in the rebate form at the end of December to the "T", including the original S/N and UPC from the box. I made copies of everything. When I checked the website to see where it was in the process, it said that they didn't receive the original UPC. I've called their customer service three times and they keep promising me that it will get pushed through and that someone will contact me within 48 hours. I have heard nothing and the status has not changed. This is a total rip off and I am considering small claims court just for the principle of it! I hope that usacomplaints.com can help!
