I've never subscribed to Dish Network. Suddenly there is a charge on my bank statement for almost $250.00. I call them to find out where they got my bank account # and why they charged me. They couldn't even find my debit card number that is tied to my checking account on file. Nor could they find any information on me in their system. I'm still waiting for them to investigate why this happened. Could it be fraud, or are they just not detailed enough to make sure they are charging the appropriate accounts??? I don't know, but I'm more than mad, I'm LIVID!!! More to come when this gets resolved, if it ever does!
