I purchased a laptop that was to have a $100.00 rebait. I sent in all of the required info and forms but only to have my rebait denied because "... No upc bar code enclosed". I was very careful to double check all of the requiements before I sent it in. They claim that there was not a upc bar code included with the rebait form. I tried several times to resolve this issue but I was not able to get any where with anyone at Tiger Direct or at Onrebait. Total ripoff.
