After making a purchase through Nuangle's website, and giving them all the correct details, I was told my car mount (for mounting a video camera mounted to a car) would be dispatched. After 7 emails copying in "Joe" "sales" and "support" at nuangle, and more than 2 weeks of chasing, they cannot even confirm that the item has been sent! Of the few responses, they usually state "they will investigate", but how long does it take to figure out that the item has not been sent? Meanwhile the filming dates for the company I am involved with are continually delayed due to the ridiculously bad customer service. All of the emails I sent to the company have been read, (I attached a read receipt to confirm this), but are routinely ignored.
I am still hoping that this will eventually be resolved and I can be proven wrong.
