Cingular Charge me for Ringtones that I don't have. Did not download them Ocala. Florida

Cingular keeps chargeing me Ringtones they said we downloaed. If we did I sure would like to know where they are at on are phones. Have tryed to talk to them about it, but they where not nice at all. I would like to get these chares Reversed and make sure they do not put back on my bill agina... Thank you kin
