I purchased DirecTV for my home and they could not connect the equiptment so that it worked with my own equiptment. I asked them to take it out and said I had to do that. I disconnected all of their equiptment and returned it to the installer within the seven day trial period and was told that it was cancelled and there would be no charges. I now received a bill for $299.00 for return charges. They could not make it work. I was told that I had seven days to return equiptment which I did and still I got charged. It is impossible to contact any one in charge and they merely shift you from phone number to phone number. I do not intend to pay, but any one considering ordering from DirecTV should be aware of their tactics.
