Verizon failed tod set up their equiptment in allowed tome span. They refused to take back equiptment or demonstrate it. The claim i owe them for the nonuse of eqiuptment. After 2 pls months they accepted retrn of equiptment and waved all charges. Their account ing group did not wave the charges. I;m still being billed for that which i no longer have. Calls to verizon only give you menues and clerks who have no authority. There is no local office where i can talk to a person in authority face to face. Please help a little guy against the big corporation.
