Atlantic Restraunt Equiptment buys and sells, new and used restraunt equiptment. They contacted me thru a exsisting customer that I had and ask for me to ship some material for them. I had previously shipped things to them, however, This time they were doing the paying.
Tom and Mark run and own the company, Mark contacted me and ask me to ship 3 loads of Equiptment to a location in North Carolina. I told him our rate per load, he agreed, and I shipped the material. However, now, I am hearing every excuse under the sun from them, as to why the haven't paid me for these loads.
We contacted the location we shipped the material to hoping they might be able to assist us in getting out money, however, they were equally as upset with Atlantic Restraunt as well, turns out, they didn't get what they paid for, and they were also suing Atlantic for the return of there money.
