Bill Chang once again tries to fraudulantly get away with a razor phone through PayPal. Ripoff

I also have recieved a paypal reciept in my email confirming Bill Chang LWPELECTRONICS.com purchase of a pink razor phone. It was purchased through Paypal, which I have noticed has happened to others as well. Something needs to be done!
