I sent my Nokia 5016i to this company as instructed. Using Priority U.S. Mail with confirmation receipt. According to the post office the company did recieve the cell phone with in the 5 day time frame.
I have tried to contact them by email, but all my emails bounced. I then went back to the web-site and found it has disappeared.
I have been unsuccessful in my attempt to contact them by telephone because it has been disconnected.
Like another consumer on this web-site, the emails to [email protected] do not not bounce, however go unanswered.
I want my phone back plus shipping or the money they promised plus shipping.
Please Help:)
