I ordered camera on line. Got an Email to call them the next day. I did call and spoke with "salesman" who tried to push off high priced batteries and memory. He would use the "bad phone line" to keep asking the same questions over and over.
He said that camera came with only 2 hr battery. I told him I didn't need any extras and just ship it out as ordered. He said ok.
I called them the next day to confirm that the battery had been shipped. The customer service person said "oh that ordered had been cancelled". I asked him why and he stated that it was out of stock. I inquired if this was a "bait" situation and if this camera would be reorded automatically. He said "NO".
I asked him if in two weeks I would get the same price when the new shipment came in he said "yes" but I would have to reorder at that time. You know where a follow up will take this.
