I called T-Mobile to set up a payment plan, but they ended up charging me the entire bill! They said it was because I had EZ Pay set up which automatically took the amount from my account, but they didn't say it was going to be taken out even after I set up a payment plan.
I incurred over $500 in finance charges from overdrafting on my checking account because of this, and the only way my bank will refund any money to me is if T-Mobile refunds the money they charged me, which they refuse to do.
They are liars, cheats and thieves!!!
