Bought a HP 17" laptop, wirelss mouse, briefcase and service plan. While there, I was told, "If this goes on sale within 30 days, bring in the original receipt and we will credit your account accordingly." It went on sale and now Circuit City tells me that's not entirely corect. Called corporate headquarters to lodge a complaint, got someone in India. NO LUCK! Just alot of I am sorry. Doesn't anyone have headquarters in the USA anymore?
I feel I was misled and betrayed and I will no longer patronize Circuit City. I also plan on returning what I purchased that has not been opened.
