This company as many are already aware induces people into a equipment leasing contract which seems normal, but involves an astonishing clause very hard to find or read.

The clause makes the contract non-voidable and charges exuberant amounts of money to get-out of say equipment leasing contract.

Primarly focusing on small business owners and also minorities sales personnel bring the equipmet for lease. The equipment consist of credit card swipe machine.
The fraudelent contract is fax to the small business owner and request enrollemt by debiting account.
