Ripoff my money, did not deliver my vaccum cleaner. It's been seven months. Did every thing I know to contact the company no luck. New York Lebenon Tenesse

I responded to a TV commercial promoting a Singer Laser Storm vaccum cleaner. The amount of money paid was $313.70. I tried to contact the company by phone calls, E-Mail, I even left a message on their ordering machine. It has been seven months from August 6.2005 to March 8.
