On 1/11/06, i went to the circuit city at city of industry to purcahse a brand new sony vaio fs742/w laptop. They took the box out from the glass drawers and the sony seal was broken, and when asked they said all sony seal comes broken during shipping. Bought the laptop for my cousin and he changed his mind so i want to return the cpu. I called them asking about their return policy and it's 14 days with 15% restocking fee if opened but i bought the item with a broken seal thats how they come in right? I asked numberous times before i bought the laptop. Now they are saying if i return the cpu i would have to pay the 15% restocking fee. They are f*king a*es and d*ks and won't let you return anything. Very shady business and no wonder so much complaints on this f*kin rat hole.
