Ripoff, failed to deliver, does not return calls or emails

Ordered XBOX 360's on November 23rd. Supposed to be shipped within 2 weeks of payment. Two months later, trying to seek a refund and the company will not return phone calls or emails. Do not deal with this company. I am seeking legal assistance at this time. If you would like to contact me.
