Ripoff, misrepresentation, seller failed to inform me about his used junk projector which cost is $700 wtih a lot of headache

Won bid to ebay from miamicomputers.com and paid with check.
Seller is very informative about lamp is need to be change soon which is alright.
Seller failed to inform me about his junk projector's zoom and focus lens isn't working, so i am stucked with non working junk projector.
I paid for $700.00 worth of junk from this seller.
Now, he was saying sold as is.
