I bought an ice-cream maker. I called from 01-03 Aug till almost the whole day yet nobody answer the calls. I suspicious something is not right somewhere which I search for outlet.com. Sg review and complains. I came across this websites and I read every single updates. However I could not trust till I seen myself. Therefore I decided to drop by the outlet.com. Sg location which is located at 36 Boat Quay @ 1130 hours. As I was standing in-front of the entrance where I saw a notice pasted to inform that the company has been liquidated. I was un-sured what that mean till I did a read up on that term. According to the representative of the appointed consultant, he needs to review the list and distribute the goods accordingly. I take minimum 2 weeks. I still not satisfied and in doubts why they are removing the furniture? I am so scared that this is just an excused to calm people who keep coming down to ask for their goods. I hope this is not another not valid number. CASE called however that gentlemen ask me to liased with appointed liquidator company regarding the policy.
I am not experience and is there anybody to share what exactly can be done. What should we do? What to take notes? Has anybody made police reports? Is that proper to report police or wait from liquidator company to contact us?
