I sent them my samsung D-500 cell phone middle of October which was 3 month ago. Couple days later they called me and told me it would cost 94 dollars to fix my phone so I authorized them to take money from my check card. After that I couldn't hear any thing from them for 2 weeks. So I called them and asked what happened. They say they are still working on the phone, so I waited another week.
Next time when I got to talk with them they are having trouble fixing the phone but they said I will get my phone by middle of December but I never got it back. I went out of town for couple weeks and when I got back from the vacation I called them again they said they would send it that day but I still haven't recieved my cell phone for 2 weeks.
They ripped me off taking my cell phone and money. The thing is it was so hard for me to contact with them. Everytime I called it would just go to voicemail and when I finally got to talk with thme they put me into hold for forever like more then 20 to 30 minutes.
I am not even sure if my phone is fixed. I want my phone back fixed. One another thing for those three month not having my cell phone, I had to pay my cell phone bill too, because I was in the family plan I couldn't just suspend my account, anyway I would have pay for the bill.
