Around December 4 of I needed to repair my daughters Pantech Duo phone, the screen was broken. I had previously sent other phones and was satisfied, to a repair store in Tampa so went to look up the address on the computer (google) so i could send it to them (I live like 4 hrs away from the store). I wrote down the address and sent the phone to Cell phone repair center that has a similar address and in the same zip as the other store (cell specialist on Fowler) I usually use. Big mistake!
1 st off, I realized after a few days and I had not heard from any one about my phone, I called the cell specialist, they said they did not have it and asked if I had the address right, and that there was another store close by and I went to my mail receipt and I did mail it to the wrong place.
After many attempts of trying to get a hold of them (they never answer their phones), I finally got a hold of Justin I think his name was. He said they could fix it for 90.00, I figured, alright since it is already there and Justin assured me they could. A couple more weeks pass and I got a hold of someone again, and they said it was fixed, so I pay with my bank card and he said it will go out that day.
Well after weeks of contacting them several times and e-mails, they finally sent my phone back in 3 different parts, in irreparable shape on Jan 23? I called them and I was told they could not refund me and to reverse charges. I called my card company and they filed fraud charges.
They have a F rating with the Better Business Bureau, I also filed a report with the States Atty., office, and look them up on yahoo or google and they have many bad reviews. I wished i never made this mistake.
