In March I ordered a cd player from these individuals, and had to pay $100.00 down with the promise that it would be in within 2 weeks.
After waiting 3 weeks I contacted them and ask about the cd player and was told it would be in the next day. After waiting another week I called and asked for a refund of my money, and they refused. This so called manager was the daughter of the owners and was rude, and arrogant.
After 3 months I took them with a warrant, and they did not show up to court. I was given judgement, but they were not considered a corporation, just a family owned business so I was just screwed.
It has now been 1 year and still no cd player or refund. They are known in town for doing this on a regular basis, and can get away with it. They are the biggest rip offs I have ever dealt with and hope they pay for what they take from people.
