I recently purchased two phones from InPhonics and signed up for T-Mobile Cell Service. I was promised a $250.00 rebate after four months of service. I submitted everything just as requested including my statements. It was rejected because the T-Mobile statements did not have the verbiage "bill" or "invoice" on them. They use the verbiage "service from" and "service to" instead. When I pointed out this was celarly beyond my control and "service from" and "to" was an invoice / bill even though it didn't have those words on it they just told me to fax in more statements. I have done that twice now to no avail. All rejected for the same reason. T-Mobile was unwilling to assist me in obtaining the rebate from their dealer stating only "they are not part of us". These people are exasperating to talk to. Whenever I call they "escalate" my request and then it disappears into a black hole.
