I purchased Cellular service from A1 Wireless and they insured my phone through their affliate, NCOA. It was not until almost a year later when my phone was stolen in my school library, that I had contact with NCOA. I was informed that my membership was still current and I informed them that my phone was stolen, providing them police report and all.
A week had passed before I started to find it strange that they had not contacted me. I called them and they said that the matter was almost resolved and that an e-mail would be sent by the end of the day, telling me how I would receive my replacement phone. No e-mail was sent and the next day I was told the same thing. This went on for two weeks!!!
Finally, a very rude employee named Vladimir told me the matter was under "special investigation". The next day I received an e-mail saying my claim was denied!
Since that day, my calls have not been answered, even during regular business hours.
Do Not Waste Your Money!!! Avoid NCOA!!!
