National Cellular Owners Association (NCOA) ripoff, dishonest cellphone insurance fraud

To all who read this: DO NOT take out insurance for protection for cellphone damage with this company!

I filed a claim for accidental damage, which they claim thats what the coverage is for, but instead of coverage all I got was an imediate denial for coverage, no questions asked. Then they canceled my policy. But what good is a policy if they dont guarrantee coverage anyway.

Im with the previous reporters against this company, we should go for a class -action lawsuit! Im calling the BBB and the Division of Insurance Fraud in Florida
