Sirius Satelite Radio Error Account Overcharges when using website to order radio packages Internet

On NOvember 18 I logged on to the Sirius Satellite Radio web site to buy a radio package for my b/f's birthday. I selected the package I wanted and entered all my card info. I clicked the accept buttone nothing happened. I clicked it again and recieved and error message. My cart was empty so I had to get the item again, re - enter card info, clicked accept, nothing happened so I clicked accept again and got another ERROR message. The third time I refilled my cart with the item, entered card info, and clicked accept this time I decided to wait instead of clicking the button twice, FINALLY the print reciept page came up. A few hours later my b/f wanted to know the shipping time of his birthday present so I logged on to SIRIUS and discovered I had been charge for 3 of the packages. I immedietly called the company after calling and being told to call this number instead, then this number I finally got to some one who could "help" me. I was informed that SIRIUS did not refund or remove orders placed. I was told the only way I could get my money back was to wait for the packages to arrive at my door, refuse them then wait for SIRIUS to recieve them and then credit my bank account. The fact that their website has a bug that charges you for multiple items had no effect on the customer service rep I spoke with.By this time the check card holds had gone in effect and my bank account was $ 326.79 in overdraft. Iwas told SIRIUS did not do refunds there was no manager I could speak to, and the customer reps. Were not allowed to give out thier last names. I was also told there was no other number I could call to get help removing the extra charges. After 2 hours on the phone, holding, begging, and questioning I was finally told by the SIRIUS rep. To call my bank and pretend I worked for SIRIUS she said she would give me the numbers to remove the items charged to my bank account. I told her I wouldnt do it. I called my bank and a very nice lady there called the SIRIUS rep on a conference call. The SIRIUS rep released the 2 items to the bank so my account wouldn't be overdraft anymore. My account was now in the positive again.

On Thanksgiving day I checked my bank balance and to my shock it was $386.79 over draft. I called the bank they said that SIRIUS had re-charged my account. I called SIRIUS they said as they had on the 18th there was nothing they could do, they were not allowed to refund items. I was told all I could do was wait for the packages to arrive, refuse them and wait for SIRIUS to refund the money to my account.

Nov 28 the packages arrive I send back the extra two items.

Nov 30 I call SIRIUS to find out if they have recieved them yet, I'm told by another cust. Rep that they recieved them the prior day. I say were is my money. I am told now I have to wait another # business days for them to refund my bank account.

Out of the 5 different cust. Reps I spoke with during this ordeal, everyone of them said that they are aware of the ERROR problem with the SIRIUS website when it comes to ordering packages. They all said they wished they could do more but SIRIUS refuses to let them refund these extra charges the glitch on their website causes.

Mean while my bank account is $386.79 in overdraft and I'm wondering what I can buy my kids for dinner with no money in my bank account
