I was a victim of T-Mobile they refuse to honor my warrenty on my phone witch I purchased from them in march. I bought the phone directly from them because they told that they warrenty the phone for 12 months not the maufacturer. They only carry sell and warrenty specific models that can be purchased directly from them and thats why I purchased this phone.
There reasoning they no longer carry that model but the warrenty was supposed to allow you to get a phone of equal or lesser value in this case and pay the difference for an upgrade. They will do non of they above I offered to take a phone that sells for $169.00 in place of it and they told me the only thing they could do for me was give me that phone for $114.00 with me adding 2yrs on to my contract obviosly I did not.
What I am doing is organizing a class action law suit against them I fiqure that they must be doing this to many other people also so if you have had this problem or any other problems with them please e mail me. I have an attorney and we are in the beginig of this prosess.
