I purchased a Jabra C250 cellphone headset from them and it has to be the WORST headset! I tried to return it to the store and they will only give me a store credit. The receipt states that they will issue a refund ny check, however, the punk at the booth refuses to honor that. I can't justify taking them to court for a $25 ripoff because the time I need to expend far outweighs any compensation I could receive.
I'll report them here and let this hurt their sales. As far as Jabra goes... Questionable quality and an equally shameful customer service protocol.
