We purchased 5 PSPs worth of $800 from MKidder Enterprises on 6 aug. Everything sounded very convincing from him as he claimed that he is a paypal business member since 2003 and he is also Alibaba Trustpass member in alibaba.com
He promised that the shipment will take only 5-7 days to arrive. Payment can be done via paypal as it has buyer's protection.
For more than 2 weeks, we emailed him several times asking for tracking number for the shipment, he kept responding repeatedly that the shipment was delayed.
Until 2 weeks has passed, he finally mentioned that he wanted to make a refund. After days of waiting, there was no sign of refund in our paypal a/c. So we contacted him, he lied to us saying that he already did so. Until we contacted paypal asking for any refund being processed by him and the customer service trace no sign of refund being made.
On 6 Aug 05, we decided to file a dispute with paypal and he did not respond to the dispute.in the end, the dispute was closed, and we're eligible for a claim from him, however, we are unable to claim the refund as he has 0 balances in his paypal a/c.
Until today 10 sept 05, its been more than a month we have not received any refund from him at all after so many request attempted via email. He responded by making all his false promises and nothing has been done to recover our loses.
