I got scammed. It's my fault for even thinking about doing business with them, but I want to make sure nobody else loses their money from these guys. Long story short, It took a really long time for them to deliver online gold. I asked for a refund because I lost the deal, and didn't need the gold anymore. Their website says refunds will be processed within 30 minutes. I asked for a refund and the agent in the chat session said "the boss isn't here today." I figured that I was going to keep getting the run-around so I filed a dispute with paypal. When I went back to the chatroom the next day, the agent said the "boss" of topvipgold.com said to CLOSE THE PAYPAL DISPUTE AND THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED. I escalated the dispute to a claim instead to get paypal involved, SENT THEM CHATLOGS of "nathy" the customer service agent saying that the refund will be processed when the dispute is cancelled. I thought I was going to get my money back for sure. After 30 days, paypal decided close the claim IN FAVOR of TOPVIPGOLD.com because the items are intangible, and the buyer protection on protects against items that can be shipped. I did not get my money back from paypal/topvipgold. Be very aware. These guys are major scammers. I'm sure some of you guys actually got gold from them. I would advise to stop because they have no business ethics and will bite you in the a* sooner or later.
