There was an a special offer in december 04 to received $150.00 towards new phone @ verizon. The rebate waiting period was six months after which i mailed the documents. I then wrote them a letter with copies of the bills & payment history. They informed me they needed the 12 digit upc code. I them mailed them a letter stating the phone came on a winter day in a terrible storm & i did not have the upc code. I kept the box & now they tell me it is over the time fram. This is a fraudulant company & i need action as well as i would like to notify the public of their misadvertsing.
