After acquiring T-Mobile cellular phone for 3000 minutes a month @ Total per mo. $83.59 I contacted them because the phone was not working with the pictures. They send me another phone and I returned the old one. There was a problem with the next two which were replaced but in the interem I was out of service for a total of 2 wks at a time plus was charged for $200.00 for the phone which was returned with tracking numbers through UPS which I paid out of pocket.
After getting notice they recd I would not be credit for 25 days and one did not get get credited at all and now they say return was not made for 45 days so they are charging an outrageous restock fee of $200.00. After speaking to them they told me 2 wks ago they would send the phone back. No phone has been received and they still have the charge on my bill. Different answers come from different people to speak to. Mostly Customer NO SERVICE applies. Verizon wireless is the best.
